But beware before starting, you will not be able to fix all the problems yourself, and of course you will have to send your phone to a maintenance center, or buy a new phone if the solutions fail.
Now we learn about the most common problems with smartphones, and how to deal with them.

Emptying temporary files is a solution to the problem of closing applications for no reason

Security gaps may reach some phone applications, and this slows down the entire phone, not just the application. If this problem affects only a few applications, then the problem can be resolved by deleting the data that those applications store on the phone.
On Android, open Settings, select Apps & notifications, then App info, and select the annoying app. A screen will appear in front of you with two options, one of which is to clear the temporary files Clear Cache that the application stores on the phone, and the other option to clear the data Clear Data.

Emptying temporary files is a solution to the problem of closing applications for no reason

Clearing temporary files does not clear the cache or clutter the settings of the application, while clearing data is a more comprehensive option, after which you need to re-enter your data again. For example, you need to enter the login name and password in the social networking applications again.
For IOS phones, there is no option to clear data, instead you have to delete the app and reinstall it again. In this case you will start the app again, unless you have backed up the app data in the cloud.

Bluetooth problems may be solved by turning it off and on again

You may encounter a problem while trying to transfer some files via Bluetooth, as the phone may refuse to pair with the other phone. This is usually caused by interference from external sources such as wireless devices, microwaves, satellite signals, radio waves, or by an excess of cached data in your device's Bluetooth storage.
To fix this problem, the first thing you should try is to turn Bluetooth off and on again. If that doesn't work, try deleting the Bluetooth cache, which can be accessed from the smartphone settings.
If the previous steps fail, make sure to turn on Visibility mode on your device, because without it your phone will be permanently hidden from nearby Bluetooth signals.

Factory reset may be the last solution to bugs and freeze malfunctions

You notice many problems that appear randomly in the applications installed on your phone, and you cannot determine the reason for that. Perhaps a hardware component is failing, is overheating, or hasn't been updated properly.
You can bypass this problem by restarting the phone. Usually, the phone automatically gets rid of the bugs, because it usually removes everything in the temporary memory. If it is repeated, you can check your recently installed applications and make sure that they do not contain any spams.
Lack of storage space can also lead to random crashes and crashes, so check how much space the device has for free. On Android, open Settings and then head to Storage. On iOS, open Settings, then tap General and iPhone Storage. If lack of space is the problem, save some space.
As a last resort, if your phone does not respond to the previous methods, then you have no choice but to do a factory reset, but if the problem remains, then the problem may not be with the bugs.

The battery does not last long, you may need to delete some applications

You haven't used your phone for more than an hour or two after charging its battery, but you notice that the charge is about to run out, be careful because your phone's battery is aging. If your phone is old, you should either replace the battery, or buy a newer model.
But before you start searching for a new phone, you can find out if there are one or more apps draining the battery, and if you find this, you can remove them from your phone. These apps can be accessed from Settings and then choosing Battery.

You can also resort to a special battery mode called Battery Saver on Android devices, and Low power mode on iPhones. Of course, this won't give you a definitive solution, but it does extend the time between phone charges quite a bit.
Dimming the screen and lowering its brightness, turning on the phone in night mode, and airplane mode can help prevent some battery drain. You can also turn off location tracking on your phone in Settings, then Location Services.

Network and Wi-Fi are not working well, you may have to talk to customer service

You are not able to make your phone calls because your phone network is weak, the area you are in may not be covered by the communication network well, and it is difficult to reach a signal.
But what if this happened in an area with a strong network, and if you tried to connect to your home Wi-Fi service and could not, you may now have to contact the customer service of the telecommunications company and Internet service provider, as they may try to help you and find a solution to the problem.
You can also search online with your device model, network operator type, and Internet provider, and you may find the solution by someone who encountered the same problem.
If you find that the error is in your device, all you have to do is simply restart it, this resets all the wireless connections of your phone and creates it again from the beginning.
If you don't like restarting the phone, try Airplane mode and then back to normal, it should have the same effect.
If the problem persists then you should update the phone hardware to the latest versions, this fixes the bugs. If all attempts fail, and you are sure that the SIM card and internet device are safe, you should talk to the manufacturer.

Hacked apps carry malware

Many game lovers resort to downloading cracked copies from outside the store. But this is a great risk to the safety of the device, as these hacked applications usually carry malicious software that harms the phone.
